Webcasts were live, presenter-led events using synchronized slides on the web and teleconferencing for the audio portion. Web content was accessed with a regular web browser - no special setup, hardware or software was needed.

There was no registration fee for this training which was sponsored by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Organizations eligible for the training were those organizations which received HRSA grant funds directly from HRSA (HRSA grantees) and those organizations which received funding from States and localities that were supplemented with HRSA grant funding (HRSA subgrantees).
