Firm Composite Rates
_______________________________ 1Falcon-Amistad and Provo River costs are repaid annually by the power users as provided by contract without regard to energy availability. Billing is not based on a mills/kWh amount. 2The firm composite rate for PSMBP-ED was increased to 19.54 mills effective January 1, 2007. 3LAP consists of PSMBP-WD and the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project. 4The firm composite rate for LAP was increased to 27.36 mills effective January 1, 2007. 5Composite rate when transmission rate is included. 6CVP number reflects the power revenue requirement. 7SLCA/IP consists of the Collbran, Rio Grande Projects and Colorado River Storage Projects.
Firm Transmission Rate
_______________________________ 1The Integrated Transmission System includes transmission facilities owned by Western’s Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program-Eastern Division, Basin Electric Power Cooperative and Heartland Consumers Power District. 2Rate effective May 1, 2005, through Sept.30, 2005. 3Rate effective May 1, 2006, through Sept. 30, 2007. 4Rate effective May 1, 2007, through April 30, 2008. 5Formula rate provisions revised every October 1. 6In FY 2007, a new rate: Long-term and short-term firm point-to-point transmission service created a standard rate for 230/345-kV and 500-kV. 7This formula rate has provisions to be revised on a annual or seasonal basis.
