Employment at the Northern Great Plains  Research Laboratory

The Northern Great Plains Research Laboratory (NGPRL) is a research unit of the Agricultural Research Service and United States Department of Agriculture.  NGPRL employs approximately 35 full time permanent employees and a varying number of student employees depending on the time of year (field season, etc.).

Many disciplines relating to agriculture and agricultural production are represented at NGPRL. Soil Science, Rangeland Science, Plant Pathology, Microbiology and Livestock Science are some areas of research performed at our laboratory.
