DCBS experienced a telephone and fax-related problem from about 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, 2009. This affected incoming calls and faxes made or sent on the "947" prefix. Calls or faxes on prefix "378" were not affected. We believe we remedied the problem quickly. We re-routed calls and faxes to the correct recipients, but if you have any concerns about calls you made or materials you sent to DCBS during this time, you may want to consider re-sending them. Thank you for your patience.
