Menlo College is currently seeking to promote its bacclaureate programs to students in Singapore.  Menlo College is a small, private residential college located in the Silicon Valley of California in a small town (Atherton), less than one hour from San Francisco.

Founded in 1927, Menlo College is accredited by WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges).  Menlo is a specialized college (like SMU) and so is not ranked by any of the usual methods (e.g. U.S. News and World Report).  The main focus is to provide the very best baccalaureate degree programs in Business Management, Mass Communication and Liberal Arts.  Collegiate credit is given for 'A' level work with grades of C or above and any student with passes of C or higher in three or more 'A' level subjects is eligible for the three year degree plan.  Menlo can also consider giving some exemption for students with good grades from Polytechnics on a case-by-case basis, and since they are interested in working on articulation agreements with Polytechnics.

A unique feature of Menlo College is that internships are available for all students in companies in the Silicon Valley, which includes American Express, Charles Schwab, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Merrill Lynch and many others.  All students with an average grade point of 2.5 or higher are eligible for scholarships and the amount is awarded based on the average grade point.  The scholarships are valid throughout the students' enrollment in Menlo College as long as they maintain their grades.  Please visit http://www.menlo.edu for more information.
