DoD wants to provide safe, quality housing to our Service members and their families. We are obtaining private-sector expertise via competitive contracts to renovate, construct, maintain, and operate military housing in the United States over the next 50 years. Quarterly, we provide Congress with a list of projects awarded, pending solicitation, and in the planning stage.
