Am I Eligible?

Retailers and distributors who sell WaterSense labeled products can apply to become WaterSense partners as soon as draft specifications are announced for a product category they sell or carry.

WaterSense retailer and distributor partners pledge to sell a labeled product within one year of signing an agreement.

How Do I Join?

1. Review the program guidelines (PDF) (42 pp, 283K, About PDF) and make sure you are eligible to become a partner.
   
   
2. Complete and sign a Retailers and Distributors Partnership Agreement (writeable PDF) (3 pp, 286K, About PDF) with EPA.
   
   
3. Submit your completed agreement to watersense@epa.gov or fax it to (703) 841-1440.

How Can I Promote My Partnership?

• Feature the WaterSense partner logo on Web sites and in printed materials.
  
  
• Use the WaterSense promotional label to help advertise and identify WaterSense labeled products to your customers.
  
  
• Download and print copies of our publications to educate your employees and customers on the program and WaterSense labeled products.
  
  
• Use the sales tool kit to promote your partnership as well as the WaterSense labeled products you carry.

• Help spread the word about WaterSense, add the WaterSense widget to your Web site
