A hotline is avaiilable for FHFA employees to report alleged/suspected wrongdoing by FHFA employees, contractors, grantees, recipients of financial assistance, and others involved in the Agency's programs and operations.

If you would like to anonymously file a complaint, you may do so by calling 1-800-793-7724 or you can fill out a Hotline Caller Form and submit your request by e-mail to Edward.Kelley@fhfa.gov.  Once your request is received, it will be reviewed to determine what course of action (if any) should be taken.


INFORMATION IS PROTECTED - CALLERS MAY REMAIN ANONYMOUS

The IG Act protects Government employees from reprisals or retaliation by their employers for reporting to the OIG.  You may remain anonymous however we encourage you to provide us with your contact information.  Our ability to gather additional information from callers is often beneficial to effectively pursuing allegations.
