The Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Equal Opportunity is a policy office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. Our mission is to develop policies and plans, issue guidance, conduct analyses, define strategic direction, and provide oversight and evaluation for DoD-wide equal opportunity and equal employment opportunity programs and plans that impact all Department of Defense military and civilian personnel.
