Eleven of CDC's Cooperative Agreements supporting Racial & Ethnic Minority Populations have been transferred from CDC's Office of Minority Health & Health Disparities (OMHD) to CDC's National Center for Health Marketing (NCHM),  Division of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances (DPSA) on April 1st, 2009.

OMHD will retain full oversight on 1 remaining Cooperative Agreement (NGHM see above) and 1 Grant (MiHERO see above) supporting the Black or African American Population.

OMHD is working closely with DPSA to ensure a smooth transition for each of the 11 Cooperative Agreements being transferred to DPSA.
