On the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, Office of Environmental Technologies Industries website, U.S. companies can access the Environmental Export News monthly newsletter, as well as links to industry associations. Located in Washington, DC, the Office of Environmental Technologies Industries reports on industry developments, and works with U.S. firms on their international marketing efforts - including the sponsoring of trade events to increase market opportunities.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a webpage with links to information about its cooperation efforts and programs in Europe and around the world.

The European Union’s Directorate-General for Environment website has has information on EU environment policy initiatives, ranging from climate change, noise policy and clean air and water.

The European Environment Agency gathers and distributes information about the environment to provide decision-makers with the information needed for making policies with regard to the environment and sustainable development. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, the EEA has 31 member countries and reports on a broad variety of topics related to the environment.

The United Nations Environment Program's Europe Region Portal contains information on the European environment at regional, sub-regional and national levels.
