Take the I-80/Ohio Turnpike into PA. Get off at PA Turnpike exit 3.
Take the I-79 SOUTH ramp towards Pittsburgh.
Take the I-279 SOUTH exit. Take the I-579 SOUTH exit.
Take the 7th Avenue exit towards 6th Avenue.
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Bear RIGHT onto 6th AVE.
The Regional Enterprise Tower is on the RIGHT hand side at the intersection of 6th AVE and WILLIAM PENN PLACE.

From West/Central Ohio and West Virginia:
Take I-70 EAST towards WASHINGTON, PA.
Take I-79 NORTH (Exit 18) towards PITTSBURGH. Take I-279 NORTH (Exit 59A). Take the LIBERTY AVE. Exit towards BLVD. OF ALLIES/CIVIC ARENA (Exit 6B). Continue towards LIBERTY AVE./ CIVIC ARENA. Continue on LIBERTY AVE.
Continue on GATEWAY CTR/LIBERTY AVE. Continue on LIBERTY AVE/PNC PLAZA.
Bear RIGHT onto 6th AVE.

From Northern PA:
Take I-79 SOUTH. Take I-279 SOUTH.
Take I-579 SOUTH exit.
Take the 7th AVE. exit towards 6th AVE.
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
Bear RIGHT onto 6th AVE.

From Eastern PA including Philadelphia and Harrisburg:
Take I-76 WEST/PENNSYLVANIA TPKE.
Take the I-376 WEST/US-22 exit towards PITTSBURGH.
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Take the GRANT STREET ramp (Exit 1C).
Merge onto GRANT STREET.
Follow to the intersection of GRANT ST and SIXTH AVE.
Turn LEFT onto SIXTH AVE.

From Maryland including Washington DC and Baltimore:
Take the I-495 NORTH exit towards MARYLAND.
Take the I-270 NORTH exit towards FREDERICK.
Take the I-70 WEST exit towards HAGERSTOWN.
Take the I-70 WEST/I-76 WEST exit towards NEW STANTON/PITTSBURGH.
Take PENNSYLVANIA TPKE TOLL. PENNSYLVANIA TPKE TOLL becomes I-76 TOLL WEST. Take the I-376 WEST/US-22 exit towards PITTSBURGH.
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
Take the GRANT STREET ramp (Exit 1C).
Merge onto GRANT STREET.
Follow to the intersection of GRANT STREET and 6th AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto 6th AVE.

From the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport:
Take PA-60 SOUTH.
Continue onto US-22 E (US-30 E, Penn Lincoln Pkwy).

Travel through the FORT PITT TUNNELS.
After the FORT PITT TUNNELS, bear right onto off-ramp at exit 6B to LIBERTY AVE.
Continue onto LIBERTY AVE.
