Eastern and Southern Nevada Groundwater Development Projects

The BLM Nevada State Director established the Nevada Groundwater Projects Office to facilitate the preparation of environmental impact statements for three applications for rights-of-way for the placement of surface facilities to develop and transport water across public lands. The surface facilities include wells, roads, pipelines, power lines and storage tanks.
