Customized Contact Lists (CCL)

Using a variety of sources, including in-country databases and local expertise, we will provide a Customized Contact List of up to 10 potential Uruguayan agents, distributors, and importers of your product. This list contains company contact information, a brief description of the firm, approximate number of employees, products/services, foreign companies represented, year established and sales revenue information if available. The fee for this service is $100. We will provide this list in 10 business days from receipt of payment.

Customized Market Research

We provide customized market research for companies with specific questions such as the overall marketability of a product or service, market trends and size, customary distribution and promotion practices, market entry requirements, regulations, product standards and registration, key competitors, and potential agents, distributors, or strategic partners. You have the flexibility to design your own question/set of questions. The fee varies depending on scope of research, level of detail involved, the availability of information, and the time required to process your request. The delivery time varies depending on scope of research. The content and turn-around time are discussed and agreed upon ahead of time, between the company representative and the U.S. Commercial Service in Montevideo.

Gold Key Matching Service (GKS)

This service allows U.S. executives to travel to Uruguay efficiently and effectively for face-to-face meetings with potential business partners. We will prepare a customized schedule of appointments with pre-screened potential agents, distributors, or other business contacts according to your needs. The cost of this service is $175 first day, $125 each additional day of appointments. Four weeks advance notice is required for scheduling. Video Gold Key Matching Service (VGK)

Don't have the time to travel, but still prefer the personal approach? Use our VGK! The VGK offers all the advantages of the Gold Key Service (GKS), without the expense of travel. We will arrange for pre-screened potential agents, distributors, or other business contacts to come to our offices for a one-hour video meeting. The service includes at least three quality meetings with pre-screened potential Uruguayan firms and up to four hours of video interaction (including a briefing with Commercial Service staff).

Trade Missions

Customized visits by groups of U.S. companies for an intensive program of individual meetings with pre-screened local companies, business briefing, and normally a hospitality event. International Company Profile (ICP)

The ICP is an in-depth confidential background report on the local firm. The report includes: local company's contact information, its size/approximate number of employees, products/services, financial and business references, company's reputation, post comments/evaluation.
