Mr. Umoetteh is the Commercial Specialist that provides a full range of CS services to U.S. clients and local businesses. He is responsible for promoting trade events relating to education and training services/equipment (manpower and computer-aided training inclusive), management consulting services, employment services, books/periodicals, as well as sporting goods and recreational equipment sectors. Mr. Umoetteh has passion for developing the ICT in education market in Nigeria.

Prior to assumption of his new role as a sector Specialist, Mr. Umoetteh restructured and effectively managed the Networking with the USA (NUSA) program for more than two years, a responsibility he has continued to hold to date. He initiated and successfully launched the combined NUSA online and web pay application that gracefully transformed NUSA from a paper-based initiative to an online tool with its dual application that enables thousands of its clients to complete their registration and payment online – using the program he developed.

Before joining the Commercial Service, Mr. Umoetteh had served a stint as a Fraud Prevention Investigator with the Consular Section, U.S. Department of State for four years. He is a graduate of Educational Administration with concentration in Mathematics from the University of Lagos. Mr. Umoetteh also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Psychology. He further completed a Master's Certificate in Project Management at the Project Management College, U.K.  Presently, Mr. Umoetteh is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
