EPA's FY 2007 Energy Management and Conservation Program Report (PDF) (72 pp, 2.8M, About PDF) meets the reporting requirement of Executive Order 13423 and associated Department of Energy implementation guidelines, which require that federal agencies report on their efforts to reduce energy and water intensity at the facilities where they control the utility bills.
