AWFS Vegas is a showplace of the latest products, equipment, and technology for the woodworking and furnishings industry. This exposition features over 900 exhibiting companies displaying their products and services on more than 470,000 square feet (47,000 sq meters) of exhibit space. Over 20,000 registered visitors from all over the world attended in 2007.
The college of woodworking knowledge offers the largest professional education program of any trade show within the industry, and includes the only series of actual live education demonstrations of large machinery offered at any industry show. AWFS is also an official U.S. Department of Commerce International Buyer Program (IBP) fair. Advance admission to the event is $10 per person, onsite registration is $30. Seminars are extra. Members of official U.S. Department of Commerce IBP delegations will receive free admission and discounted rates for all seminars.
