Each year, the Commercial Service reports to Congress to show how we work with U.S. businesses to promote U.S. goods worldwide. Reporting our company’s performance allows us to continue to receive funding and to continue to assist U.S. exporters in the best manner possible.

Please complete the following form if our office has successfully assisted your company in completing an export sale in the last 24 months. This information helps us improve the quality and effectiveness of the various export assistance programs and services we have to offer. Everything you disclose will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate with numbers gathered nationwide. We understand the sensitivity associated with releasing sales figures and are happy to report your generalized estimates or ranges.
