- Deadline for component (or equivalent) to submit renewal requests to OARM

- Deadline for new requesters to submit Requests for Consideration to component (or equivalent)
May 1, 2009
- Deadline for component (or equivalent) to submit new Requests for Consideration to OARM
May-June 2009
- Recertification of current ASLRP participants
- Department-level review of new requests and selection of new recipients
June 2009
- OARM notifies components to initiate approved renewal payments
- Validation of student loans for tentative new recipients
- Final eligibility screening for tentative new recipients
July 2009
- New recipients individually notified; acceptances documented
- Components notified of acceptances and payment amount for new recipients
- OARM notifies components of any rebate from central funding
NLT September 30, 2009
- Components issue payments for new FY 09 recipients (except incoming attorneys not yet on duty, for whom payments will be issued immediately after EOD).
