About ATF National Academy
The ATF National Academy is located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) (www.fletc.gov), in Glynco, Georgia. ATF, along with over 80 other Federal agencies, utilize the FLETC as an interagency law enforcement training facility.
The ATF National Academy is responsible for delivering basic and advanced training programs that support the Bureau strategies of preventing terrorism, reducing violent crime and protecting the nation. ATF, in partnership with other state, local and federal law enforcement entities, is committed to investigating and reducing crimes involving firearms and explosives, acts of arson, and the illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products.
