Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website

The Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) provides an opportunity for jurisdictions to participate in an unprecedented public safety resource by sharing public sex offender data nationwide, working collaboratively for the safety of our vulnerable adults and one of our most precious resources—our children. It is the only government system that exists to link public state, territory and tribal sex offender registries from one national search site.

Since its launch in the summer of 2005, millions of parents, employers, and other concerned residents have utilized the Website as a safety resource, identifying location information on sex offenders residing, working, and going to school not only in their own neighborhoods but in other nearby states and communities as well. With a single query, based on a name, state, county, city, or zip code, the Website searches sex offender registries in all participating jurisdictions and provides matching information.
