The Pickup/Delivery of Bid Documents is delivered with an Express courier at least one month before the tender deadline. The Commercial Service Morocco offers product-specific list of Moroccan companies that could serve as potential agents/distributors, selected from local databases to include company name, address, phone, fax, contact name, title and principal activity. Other Business Facilitation Services

Moroccan Government requires foreign companies establishing a branch or creating a joint venture to obtain an official document (Certificat d'existence) from their Embassies certifying they exist in their countries of origin. Post will deliver the document after the U.S. Export Assistance Centers confirms the US company existence.
