The Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Mr. Sergey Stanishev is invited to open the forum together with the U.S. Ambassador to Bulgaria, Ms. Nancy McEldowney.

The latest U.S. technologies and solutions will be addressed at strategic sessions on Energy efficiency & security, Wind energy, Solar energy, Biomass, and Financing of energy projects.
