The Part A Manual (an update of the former Title I Manual) and The Planning Council Primer (an easy-to-read guide on Ryan White legislation and Part A planning) are two key resources on Ryan White Part A programs and their work in planning and delivering services in urban areas hit hardest by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
