RULES, NOTICES, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
The Finance Board publishes rules and notices in the Federal Register for public comment. We encourage the public to submit comments during the comment period.
TO SUBMIT COMMENTS
Submit comments to the Finance Board only once, using any one of the following methods:

By regular mail or hand delivery to 1625 Eye Street NW, Washington DC 20006 ATTENTION: PUBLIC COMMENTS.
Through the Federal eRulemaking portal at http://www.regulations.gov. Follow the instructions for submitting comments. If you submit your comment through the Federal eRulemaking Portal, please also send it by e-mail to the Finance Board at comments@fhfb.gov to ensure timely receipt by the agency.
Include the following information in the subject line of your submission:
Federal Housing Finance Board.
Name of rule or notice.
For rules: Regulatory Information (RIN) Number and docket number (e.g., 2004-01)
For notices: Docket number (e.g., 2004-N-01)
We will post comments you send without change, including any personal information you provide, such as your name and address.
TO VIEW COMMENTS
You can view all Finance Board proposed and final rules and selected notices published in the Federal Register from 2004 forward. You also can view and print all public comment letters the Finance Board received on proposed rules and notices from 2004 forward by clicking on the plus sign next to the title of the document in the chart that appears below. You can display the comments in two ways: (1) In date order, based on the date of the comment; or (2) In numerical order, based on the number we assign when we receive the comment. Comments submitted by the Federal Home Loan Banks are higlighted in red.
You can find all Finance Board rules and notices from 1989 to the present by searching the Resolution index (for rules) or the Federal Register Notice index (for notices) in the FOIA Reading Room.
