Foundation Seeks Research Ideas for Funding Consideration

The WateReuse Foundation is seeking preproposals for funding consideration under its 2009 Unsolicited Research Program. The Unsolicited Research Program awards funding to researchers who propose projects designed to meet the future needs of the water reuse and desalination community. Funded projects typically address emerging issues and involve original concepts, novel techniques, and other scientific research needs. The Foundation will request full proposals for the projects with the greatest innovative potential. Preproposals are due by March 3, 2009.
New RFPs Coming SoonThe Foundation will release several new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in early 2009 under the Solicited Research Program. To receive notifications of newly released RFPs via e-mail, click here. New RAC Members AppointedThe Foundation's Board of Directors appointed seven new members to the Research Advisory Committee (RAC) during its November 19 meeting. The RAC provides scientific and technical guidance for the Foundation's research program. The RAC also recommends a slate of projects for funding. |
