Island Pointe Condominium is a residential high rise currently under construction on the Indian River in Brevard County, Florida. Since early 2001, ESI has performed:

• Environmental site assessments
• Permitting
• Wetland mitigation planning
• Exotic/nuisance vegetation removal

Much of the mitigation planning and permitting has involved coordination with the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CE), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC), and Brevard County.

The site has been permitted by all regulatory agencies and currently is under construction. ESI has been contracted by the owner/developer to install native plant materials in a wetland creation area designed by ESI, to continue to perform wetland enhancement maintenance (including herbicide treatment of nuisance/exotic species), and to conduct annual wetland monitoring for the project through 2007.
