Improved solid waste regulations save money and focus on results
Virginia recently proposed an amendment to its solid waste management regulation. The purpose of the amendment is to make it easier for the public and regulated community to read and follow -- and to move toward more results-oriented requirements while continuing to protect the public and the environment.
