solutions for the rehabilitation of impacted
properties to applicable environmental standards.
For over 20 years and through
an increasingly complex regulatory arena,
we have developed close working relationships
with Federal, state and local agency personnel
to achieve Site Rehabilitation Completion
Orders (SRCOs) and No Further Action (NFA)
status for site redevelopment or facility
compliance.

Qualifications and Experience
The
Site Assessment and Environmental Remediation
Division includes a diverse team of environmental
professionals comprising professional geologists,
engineers, hydrogeologists, environmental
professionals as defined by EPA's All Appropriate
Inquiry Rule (AAI), Certified Hazardous
Materials Managers, Registered Sanitarians,
industrial hygienists, asbestos inspectors,
Indoor Air Quality specialists, Solid and
Hazardous Waste specialists, and qualified
environmental technicians. The majority
of these individuals are certified, licensed,
registered or accredited in their respective
disciplines, and
many hold multiple registrations in several
states.

Environmental
Services Inc. performed an initial Phase
I Environmental Site Assessment for the
Sea Island Company’s Cloister compound and
maintenance facility, which identified the
storage and use of over 55,000 gallons of
unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene
as part of the Sea Island Company resort
