Sponsors please note: High-resolution logos should be sent to southeast@vt.edu by December 15. Sponsorship ads for the conference program should be received by February 1, 2009. Any promotional materials to be included in the participant packet should be received by February 15, 2009, or by arrangement with Neil Clark at (757) 657-6450 x 406 - southeast@vt.edu.

Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
