Bachelor's degree with a 2.95 GPA or a Masters Degree completed one full academic year of graduate level education or law school in any one of the following disciplines:

OR

Professional experience conducting independent narcotics investigations of alleged or suspected violations of the law; conducting surveillance and undercover activities or operations, and apprehending, arresting persons suspected of violations; and organizing evidence for presentation to prosecution officials and testifying in court.

OR

Three years or more substantive work experience and Special Skills such as Pilot/Maritime, Accounting/Auditing, Military, Technical/Mechanical (includes Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering), or Foreign Language fluency in one of the above mentioned languages (fluency subject to verification) and a Bachelors degree or higher (no minimum GPA is required) with coursework related to the aforementioned Special Skill(s).

OR

LL.B. or J.D. degree with prosecutorial experience.

AND

Ability to communicate in writing (evidence of this must be demonstrated through experience).

Ability to analyze facts and reach conclusions (evidence of this must be demonstrated through experience).

ADDITIONAL CRITERIA

Are you a U.S. Citizen?
Are you at least 21 years of age and will you not be older than 36 at time of appointment?
Do you have a valid driver's license?
Are you in excellent physical condition?
Do you have uncorrected vision of not less than 20/200 in both eyes, and corrected to 20/20 in one eye and 20/40 in the other eye?
Are you willing to relocate anywhere in the United States?
Are you able to successfully complete a background investigation and obtain a Top Secret clearance?
