= GLENDORA WHITE.

GLENDORA WHITE
(Monrovia Nurs., Azusa , CA . Cat. p. 53. 1959-60): Plant medium height, open growth habit; lvs. elliptic, 2 in. long; panicles dense, fls. snowy white, ruffled, blooming all summer. Orig. as chance seedling discovered in 1957 in city park. Named and intro. in 1959 by Monrovia Nurs. Hardy in zone 6. Name registered June 13, 1974.
= GLENDORA.

GLENRED
(Glen Saint Mary Nurs., Glen Saint Mary , FL. Cat. p. 4. 1964-65, without descr.). Red. Intro. in 1964 by Glen Saint Mary Nurs. Name registered January 28, 1976.

GLOWING ROSE
(Texas Nurs., Sherman , TX . Cat. p. 5. 1963-64): Semi-dwarf; good early bloomer. Orig. as chance seedling selected in 1960; named in 1963; trademarked State of Texas; and intro. in 1963 by J.B. Fitzpatrick , Texas Nurs. Name registered May 31, 1974.

GRAPE
(Spring Hill Nurs., Tipp City , OH . Cat. p. 46. Sp. 1974): Fls. purple. Descriptive term not intended as a cultivar name.

GRAY’S RED
(Gray Nurs., Elverta, CA. Cat.. p. 4. 1957, without descr.).
(Monrovia Nurs., Azusa , CA . Cat. p. 64. 1961-62): Vigorous, upright; lvs. lush green; fls. brilliant rich red. Orig. by D. Gray, Elverta , CA , before 1926 and intro. c. 1926.
= RUBRA GRAYI, GREY’S RED.

GRAY’S RED BEAUTY
(O.S. Gray Nurs., Arlington , TX . Cat. back cover. [1962]): Fls. watermelon red, panicles large; practically free of mildew.
= RED BEAUTY, GRAYWAY.

GRAY’S SNOW WHITE
(O.S. Gray Nurs., Arlington, TX. Cat. back cover. [1962], without descr., Ibid. back cover [1965]): Pure white without usual pinkish tinge.

GRAYWAY

GRIFFING’S CRIMSON
(Griffing Nurs., Beaumont, TX. Cat. p. 16. 1922): Exceedingly dense; fls. crimson, blooms from May to frost. Probably same as WATERMELON RED.

GRIFFING’S DWARF CRIMSON
(Griffing Nurs., Beaumont , TX . Cat. p. 34. 1923):Fls. rich crimson. Orig. Griffing Nurs.
= DWARF CRIMSON.

GRIFFITH PINK
(James C. Kell, Comp.., Houston , TX . Crape Myrtles in Cultivation. 1990: Rev. 6/94. unpubl.): Multi-trunked, upright tree to 20'. Fls. pink, more or less pyramidal panicles, blooms on new growth, summer; zone 7, very hardy. Mildew resistance moderate. Tolerates strong wind. Probably an old variety.

GULF STREAM
(James C. Kell, Comp.., Houston , TX . Crape Myrtles in Cultivation. 1990: Rev. 6/94. unpubl.): Multi-trunked. Fls. white, more or less pyramidal panicles, blooms on new growth, summer. Tolerates strong wind.
