Submit an approved Statement of Objectives (SOO) This is a PDF formatted file [53 KB], Interagency Agreement, Office of Personnel Management Form 1617 and funding document to TMA.

Match Statement of Objectives (SOO) requirements to contractor qualifications. Select best qualified contractors, taking into consideration past performance on comparable projects.

Distribute the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and/or other materials to the best qualified vendors and schedule Task Order Competition.

Deliver presentations outlining capabilities and project approach.

Evaluate contractor presentations and reach a consensus on the best qualified contractor.

Award task order (project) to best qualified contractor based on consensus reached in Step 5.

Document contractor selection and file evaluations in the official project file. Notify all contractors of award.

Schedule kick-off meeting with client agency and selected contractor.
