Conservation Reserve Program

Encourages farmers to convert highly erodible cropland or other environmentally sensitive acreage to vegetative cover, filterstrips, or riparian buffers. Farmers receive an annual rental payment for their participation. CRP is administered by the Farm Service Agency (FSA). |
