FV1000_ver-1.6a-Viewer is a free program from Olympus Corporation that reads images acquired with the Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope. The program enables the user to render the images in a variety of ways, read the image acquisition parameters and annotations manually added at the time of image acquisition, provides basic image processing and measurement tools and enables image export to a variety of standard file formats.
Zeis_IB32_AddOn is a free program from Carl Zeiss Inc. that reads images acquired with the LSM510 series of confocal microscopes. The program enables the user to render the images in a variety of ways, read the image acquisition parameters and annotations manually added at the time of image acquisition, provides basic image processing and measurement tools and enables image export to a variety of standard file formats.
