Restored Annual Leave Requirements

Please make sure that all RAL request packages include:

  1. The Request for RAL form or some format which includes all elements that are contained on that form (justification must be complete);
  2. Proof that the leave was scheduled prior to 11/24/07 – this is an absolute OPM requirement; and
  3. Copy of Leave and Earnings Statement for pay period ending 1/5/08, which shows the amount of Use or Lose leave that will be lost.

If these are not received in the package, it will be returned to you!
