The Oregon Innovative Partnerships Program was created to develop transportation projects for solicitation of private sector proposals for partnership and to respond to proposals initiated by private firms and units of government.

ODOT has contracted with an assortment of expert consultants to assist in project procurement, evaluation of proposals, negotiation of public-private agreements and management of public-private initiatives.
