•  Animal Models Initiative (AMI) - The NCI/CCR Animal Models Initiative (AMI) will foster high-quality, cutting-edge basic research within NCI's Intramural Program, with respect to the creation of mouse and other animal models of cancer and related disorders. Dr. Lewandoski serves on two AMI subcommittees: Technology Development and Training and Education.
•  AMI Technology Development Subcommittee - We are focused on helping NCI/CCR investigators gain access to the latest technologies, with special emphasis on mouse genetics.
•  AMI Training and Education Subcommittee - Currently, we are identifying the training needs of NCI/CCR animal users and devising new methods to meet these needs.
