Health Information for Children and Teens BAM! Body and MindBAM! is an online quarterly health newsletter for youth ages 9 to 13. Located at www.bam.gov/, this e-zine features health information on topics such as physical activity, nutrition, infectious disease, asthma, and safety. Kids may access articles, use interactive features such as quizzes and calendars, and share stories with peers on how they have improved their bodies and minds. In addition to information for youth, the website provides fun and educational health and science curriculums for teachers. Although content varies with each issue, the goal of BAM! remains the sameto help make childrens bodies and minds healthier, stronger, and safer.
