| On the Cover. A wide variety of illnesses, behaviors, and other health indicators already have some level of evidence linking them with epigenetic mechanisms, and interest in this field of study is rising as it becomes apparent that understanding epigenetics will be critical to furthering work in other disciplines. The Focus article (p. A160) examines the state of epigenetics today and looks into the future that experts foresee for this science of change.
