Ms. Carr received an MS degree in genetic counseling in 1979 from Rutgers University. In over twenty years working in the field of genetics, she has provided cancer, pediatric and prenatal genetic counseling services in a variety of settings as well as performing cytogenetic analysis in a laboratory setting. She is board certified by both the American Board of Genetic Counseling and the American Board of Medical Genetics. Ms. Carr is currently a genetic counselor with Westat, Inc., working as a contractor on multiple studies for the Clinical Genetics Branch of the Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics at the NCI.
