The healthy eating section features USDA’s Food Guide Pyramid, a nutrition dictionary, food safety guide, and articles on whole grains, fruits and vegetables, cheeses, and herbs and spices. Users can “Ask the Nutritionist” by emailing questions to a registered dietitian.
