The Ethics Service Center located in the ORS Office of Management Analysis and Review (OMAR) is one of the first points of contact for ethics services for CIT, NCRR, NIA, NIBIB, NINDS, ORF and ORS. The OMAR staff is responsible for managing a comprehensive ethics and standards of conduct program. The OMAR Ethics Service Center provides advice, training, and guidance to employees on all aspects of Standards of Ethical Conduct. Employees are encouraged to read the relevant information and to contact the ethics specialist at any time. As laws and regulations change, the information is updated, so come back often.
