Travel expenses and geographical distances are easily overcome with CIT's Web Collaboration Services. Web Collaboration is a tool that provides rich media communication for instant virtual informal and formal meetings with colleagues or collaborators across the globe.

Web Collaboration Support

Contact Us

We offer telephone support, remote meeting support, and onsite meeting support. Onsite support should be requested at least two full business days prior to the event. Events which use integrated video or audio, will be held at a non-NIH location, or have unusual logistics issues, should be scheduled two weeks in advance to allow for sufficient testing time.

Standard Support is available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST. (The Connect meeting application is available 24x7.)

After Hours Support
By prior arrangement, if availability allows. Additional fees apply.

Dedicated Support
Arrange to have a Web Collaboration Administrator give your group specific instruction, provide hands-on assistance with meeting room setup, attend your meeting remotely to provide support, or otherwise assist with your Connect meeting. Additional Support fees apply in most cases.

Request an Online Demonstration

The easiest way to understand what Connect does and how it can help you work with other people is to try it for yourself. Just email The NIH Web Collaboration Administrators and we will be happy to set up a time with you for your online demonstration.

Connect Training Classes

Connect classes are offered through the CIT Training Center. Classes are offered in both traditional and online formats. Please see the CIT course schedule to register for an upcoming class or Contact Us to discuss a specialized class for your group.

You can also visit Using Connect for our on-demand procedures and tutorials.
