ERID (International Training and Research Program in Emerging Infectious Diseases)
Addresses research training needs related to emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases in developing countries. From The Fogarty International Center (FIC) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

ProMED (Program for Monitoring Emerging Diseases)
The Federation of American Scientists (FAS) policy initiative calling for global monitoring of emerging diseases. Offers disease reports, project resources.

Yale Emerging Infections Information Program
A collaborative effort between the State Department of Public Health and the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at Yale University School of Medicine.
