Acknowledgments
This booklet is the
product of the collaborative efforts of many people at the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and in each of the PRAMS participating
states. Members of the PRAMS team and others in the Division of Reproductive
Health at CDC provided helpful review and commentary for this booklet.
