- Coordinates training to support electronic access to health information
- Conducts demonstrations, presentations, and offers support for NLM resources, including PubMed, MedlinePlus, ClinicalTrials.gov, NIHSeniorHealth and other NLM databases
- Promotes NLM and NN/LM resources and programs
- Develops and maintains materials in support of educational programs on the NN/LM PSR web site
- Coordinates Internet connectivity improvement projects
