About MAR
The Regional Medical Library, Middle Atlantic Region, is housed at the Frederick L. Ehrman Medical Library at New York University. The 5 year contract from the National Library of Medicine began May 2006 and continues through April 2011. The mission of the Frederick L. Ehrman Library is to enhance learning, research and patient care at New York University Medical Center by effectively managing knowledge-based resources, providing client-centered information services and education, and extending access through new initiatives in information technology.
