This Web page provides electronic versions of all NTSB forms that the NTSB has submitted to OMB for comment and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. These forms are listed by both OMB number and NTSB form name.

Information on GPEA

Federal public websites must comply with the Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA, title XVII of Public Law 105-277, 112 Stat. 2681- 749 through 2681-751 (1999)). The GPEA requires that, when practicable, federal organizations use electronic forms, electronic filing, and electronic signatures to conduct official business with the public, by 2003. Organizations should review the Act to ensure that their public websites meet the full range of requirements:
