Aviation Management

The purpose of the Aviation Safety Awards Program is to promote the DOE aviation safety program by appropriate recognition of exceptional safety actions by individuals and groups. The Aviation Safety Awards Program applies to all DOE employees, including those of the NNSA, and selected contractor personnel directly involved in aviation operations support to DOE.

The Secretary's Project Management Excellence Awards pay tribute to those teams and/or individual's who have achieved outstanding results through resourceful, innovative thinking and implementation and recognize outstanding performance based on the success of the program and overall management of the program or project.
